Exchange Policy
At Juplee, every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or require a size exchange, we're here to help.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Products are eligible for exchange only if they are:
- ◆Unused and unwashed
- ◆In their original condition
- ◆With all original tags and packaging intact
- ◆Requested due to a manufacturing defect or size issue
Exchanges Are Not Applicable For
- ✕Change of mind
- ✕Colour preference
- ✕Style preference
- ✕Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs (if applicable). Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Juplee does not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are provided only for eligible manufacturing defects or size-related concerns, subject to product availability.
